    The fear is trying to show the possibility or chance of failing or falling behind where you cant recover from. I think this is successful in conveying the fear due to the positioning chosen for the shot with the metal grate and the black and white used in the photo. I like the over the head view, only showing the feet above the grate, helps show perspective. The only critic would be to have the name of the fear in the photo.

    1) Fear of falling and hitting a harsh ground, I believe.
    2) It very well conveys the message, thanks to standing above the drain that plenty of people have mentioned they feel as though they'll fall.
    3) I love how the camera is pointed at the sewer drain, it me the creeps personally.
    4) Id maybe suggest a different position with your feet.

    1. Fear of hitting rock bottom.
    2. It conveys the message well because you can see the black below where she is at now.
    3. It is very broad so you can really interpret it how you would like for it to mean something to you.
    4. Have the name of the fear blend in.

I think the artist intended to convey emotions with the way she painted the women, and the whole picture. I think she was successful with the way she painted.
